The Answer it service was designed with simplicity in mind. You remain in total control and decide when and how ‘Answer it’ answers your calls. You decide how you want messages delivered (typically Email / SMS.) It really is that simple.
Your Tele PA and 2 other supporting staff, take calls on your behalf. They talk to callers and having taken time to learn about and understand your business, will manage the call in an appropriate manner. They note all appropriate information and collect all the information you might require, in order for you to respond effectively.
The details of the call are sent to you immediately, through whichever medium you have selected.

At the end of the working day you will recieve a report detailing who has called, brief notes about the conversation, the time at which they called and who the caller spoke to.
